Public Notice: Discontinuation of Mobile Device Management (MDM) Offering

RMM Solutions has made an independent business decision to discontinue the sale, distribution, and marketing of its Mobile Device Management (MDM) offering, effective March 28, 2024. This step aligns with our internal strategic priorities and long-term product roadmap.

Reason for the Decision

The MDM solution was originally designed to address businesses needs around mobile device control, provisioning, and security. After a comprehensive internal review, we have chosen to sunset this offering to focus on core solutions and ensure alignment with evolving operational goals.

Effective Actions

Immediate Cessation of Sales and Activations

• As of March 28, 2024, new licenses or activations are no longer being processed.
• Partners and retailers have been advised to suspend any further deployments or onboarding related to this product.

Limited-Term Support for Existing Deployments

• Technical assistance will be available for existing activations through March 28, 2025, or for 12 months post-discontinuation, whichever is earlier.
• Support will be offered on an "as-is" basis, without extended guarantees or commitments.

Partner Responsibilities

Our partners remain responsible for how the solution is used in their respective environments, including any related processes, implementations, or user interactions. Any post-discontinuation modifications or applications are undertaken independently by those parties.

Forward-Looking Outlook

• This transition is part of a broader initiative to refine our product strategy and allocate resources toward high-impact innovations.
• RMM Solutions retains the discretion to revise support timelines or access in response to future business or operational needs.
• We do not plan to release a direct successor to this product at this time.
